Long Time, No Talk!!!
I can't even remember the last time we posted anything of importance , it's been so long. That being said, we hope to get back into the game and get the blog up and running again. If there are any topics you would like discussed please comment and we will do our best to oblige.

Well I am awaiting to hear back from Assoc. president regarding the rule on dogs at IC. We are original owners and at the time we bought in, there were no weight limits of any kind for your dogs. I don't ever recall voting on this to ever happen. We would like to bring our dog down but he is over the weight limit set by ? by quite a bit. He is getting older now and we won't have many more years with him. We spend a good deal od winter at our condo and would like him to be with us, as we know it is getting more stressful to leave him behind as he ages. I think we should be grandfathered in. Actually...anybody who owns their unit, I think should be allowed to bring there dog no matter what their weight is. I am really frustrated as the time is getting near to return to our unit for winter and our family member is not allowed. Very upsetting, especially when we see renters with dogs over the 25lb weight and they don't even clean up after them. As an owner, I would be so much more responsible. Wonder how long before we here back from Mr. Ulmer? This is just not fair to us or our sweet dog who sleeps all day and loves everyone😢
