We are trying to figure out why we have to place our name, unit number and all other pertinent information on the key lock boxes. Now, if an undesirable is able to remove the key lock box they know which unit the key belongs to.........or better yet they can pick the unit they want. Happy Shopping!! No Sales Tax!!! Free Delivery!! No Layaway!!! File this under "Just Another Rule"
I agree with you Steve! Without the information being pasted on our key boxes, we were just making things far too challenging for any would be criminals...really, by announcing this information, it is a public service....

ReplyDeleteWould someone like to explain the purpose of these lock boxes??
ReplyDeleteA key lock box is used to securely hold a key to your condo, car....etc. It is a safe way to keep a spare key rather then leaving it under a doormat or a flowerpot. It comes in handy if someone needs to gain access to your condo and you're not available or out of town.....or if you simply lose your key.
DeleteIts the locks that are underneath the stairwell of each building....they are attached to metal rod that is fixed to the building.
